Alpine Structures Warranty Policy

At Alpine Structures, we are committed to providing durable, high-quality shelter solutions. We stand behind our products with a limited warranty program that reflects our confidence in the materials and craftsmanship we offer.

Warranty Coverage

We offer the following warranty terms for our products, based on material type and component:

1-Year Warranty

Covers:

End panels
Ropes
Zippers
Straps

This warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Non pro-rated replacement of failed material.

3-Year Warranty

Covers:

Workmanship and materials for any structure with a 300g PE (polyethylene) cover

Non pro-rated replacement of failed material.

4-Year Warranty

Covers:

Workmanship and materials for any structure with a 450g PVC cover

Non pro-rated replacement of failed material.

6-Year Warranty

Covers:

Workmanship and materials for any structure with a 610g PVC cover

Non pro-rated replacement of failed material.

8-Year Warranty

Covers:

Workmanship and materials for any structure with a 750g PVC cover

Non pro-rated replacement of failed material.

10-Year Warranty

Covers:

Workmanship and materials for any structure with a 910g PVC cover

Non pro-rated replacement of failed material.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty is valid only if the structure is:

Installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and installation manual
Not modified in any way
Used as intended for temporary outdoor storage purposes only

The warranty will be void if:

The structure is improperly installed, altered, or modified
The structure is subjected to severe weather, such as heavy snow loads, strong winds, or extreme conditions beyond normal design limitations
Engineering drawings were not provided or required for the structure, and the unit was used in conditions beyond its intended capacity

Important Note:
All shelters do not come with engineered drawings. Only Alpine Structures’ Alpine series shelters are designed to withstand snow or high wind loads. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for your intended use and local weather conditions.

Excluded from Warranty Coverage

The following are not covered under any warranty:

Damage caused by weather or other external forces
Third-party or self-installation fees
Modifications or structural alterations
Condensation damage to the shelter or its contents
Personal property stored within the shelter
Equipment rentals, fuel, travel, or labor costs
Loss of income, wages, or property value due to product failure
Natural wear and tear or depreciation

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, please contact Alpine Structures at Admin@alpinestructures.ca with:

Proof of purchase
Detailed description of the issue
Photographs of the damaged or defective area

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a suitable resolution, which may include replacement parts or repair support at our discretion.

Final Notes

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. No representative, dealer, or installer is authorized to modify this warranty on behalf of Alpine Structures.
