Alpine Structures Shipping Policy
Alpine Structures ships products across Canada.
Please review the following policy to understand shipping times, delivery requirements, and options for receiving your order.
Processing and Shipping Times
Products in stock ship within 7–14 business days.
Products not in stock ship within 60–90 days, depending on manufacturing and supply schedules.
You will receive an estimated delivery date when your order is confirmed.
Updates will be provided if timelines change.
Shipping Costs
Orders over $10,000 ship free across Canada.
Orders under $10,000 are subject to freight fees.
Freight fees are calculated based on distance and location relative to the shipping point.
Customers may choose to pick up orders directly from one of our stock yards at no cost.
Pickup Locations
Customers are welcome to arrange pickup at any of our three stock yards:
Vancouver Island, BC: Duncan Stock Yard, 4470 Cowichan Lake Rd, Duncan, BC
Alberta: Edmonton Stock Yard, Range Rd 13, Alberta (full civic address provided at pickup confirmation)
New Brunswick: Moncton Stock Yard, 1042 Chem. de la Petite Rivière, Paroisse de Saint-Charles, NB E4W 5V6
Delivery Requirements
Our structures are large and heavy.
To ensure safe delivery, the following requirements apply:
Direct-to-location deliveries require a certified cargo lift or forklift rated to lift more than 3,500 lbs.
If you do not have the required equipment, your order will be shipped to the nearest cargo depot.
At the depot, it will be offloaded and reloaded onto a suitable vehicle or trailer.
Before arranging pickup, review your vehicle or trailer owner’s manual to confirm it is rated to haul more than 3,500 lbs.
Alternative Delivery and Installation Services
If you do not have access to proper hauling equipment:
Alpine Structures offers transport and delivery services through our installation team.
Our team can deliver your structure directly to your site and perform installation if required.
Fees for transport and installation vary by location and project.
These will be discussed during order confirmation.
Additional Information
Rural or hard-to-access locations may require additional planning or incur extra fees.
All deliveries must be received by an adult authorized to sign for the shipment.
Damages must be reported immediately upon delivery.
